(1) There will be a secretariat for the operation and administrative work of the Commission. 3) The Secretary will be appointed by the Government of Nepal. (4) The term of office of the Secretary will be four years. (5) The work, duties, rights, remuneration and facilities of the Secretary will be as prescribed. p>
